Blickman 8773SS-LF Hampers have round tubular rings that are seamlessly welded to three legs. A solid round platform at the bottom acts as a brace and protects the Hampers bag form. The 8773SS-LF is foot operated and comes standard with a stainless steel lid with pin-drop pneumatic top for quiet operation.
